A reputable organisation based in Penrith are recruiting for a full time temporary Administrator to support their team through a period of global growth.
Your new role
Working within a busy administration team, your main responsibilities will include handling large volumes of incoming/outgoing calls, directing customers and suppliers to the relevant representative, data input, filing and scanning documents, creating work orders, updating web portals and producing documents. You will be required to work to strict deadlines whilst adhering to compliance regulations. Duration of this role is approximately 5 months.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need at least 12 months recent experience within a similar role. You will be used to working within busy, fast paced environments and working to strict deadlines. You will be confident in speaking with people at all levels and be proactive in your approach to work.
