With your experience in Administration, you will support us - one of the world's best IT service providers - increasing the satisfaction to all our customers. You will provide a professional and personable administration service to all our customers. The successful candidate will have excellent administration skills including a good knowledge of Excel skills along with customer service skills and a willingness to work as part of a team. This is the ideal role for an ambitious and hardworking individual looking to build a rewarding career.

-You will be responsible for ensuring that all Fleet invoices are recorded on excel correctly and submitted on time to the relevant department - attention to detail is required.
-You will be responsible for ensuring that new employees are issued with relevant assets on start of employment and managing stock levels.
-You will be assisting with any adhoc conference bookings, including booking travel and accommodation.
-You will accurately maintain and update relevant databases as required.
-You will be required to support the Fleet and Finance team with adhoc administration.
-You will be a team player who is always willing to help your colleagues.
