Our established Estate Agency is looking for a confident administrator to look after part of their portfolio of rental properties - working with other team members both supporting the maintenance side but helping in other areas of the business and within the team generally, meeting and greeting clients speaking to contractors, tenants and landlords. This is a busy interesting varied job.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Documenting, progressing and resolving tenant maintenance issues

  • Liaison with Landlords on maintenance requirements

  • Organising and booking property viewings for potential tenants and purchasers

  • Arranging maintenance team

  • General Office Maintenance

  • Arranging for necessary gas and electrical checks

Salary £17.000 to £17.500. per annum

Hours of work

  • Monday to Friday - 09:15 to 17:45.( 1 hour lunch)

  • Alternate Saturdays - 09:15 to 13:00.


  • 23 days per annum plus Bank Holidays
