Our busy client in Wickford have an exciting new vacancy for an Office Administrator:
Duties include:
Taking Credit card payments from customers
Packaging Parcels and booking with couriers
Occasional filing and franking mail
Helping customers with products on the website
Sending quotes via emails
Taking sales orders over the phone
Taking orders to the worshop
Replenishing stationary as and when required
Dealing with post
Other ad-hoc dutues: filing, faxing, photo-copying

This is a varied role and my client are experiencing an extremley busy time. So the ideal candidate must enjoy prioritising workload in a fast paced office.
