Picton West is working with an international Commercial Finance company in Southampton and together we are recruiting for an Administrator.
The Administrator will work as part of a small team and undertake a high level of data entry together with general admin duties including being the first point of contact for clients calling the office. A good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, is essential for this role as is the ability to read data from other types of report and input it accurately into the company's own system.
The successful Administrator will be a team player and used to working accurately and efficiently. Your customer service skills will be second to none and you will be able to liaise with people at all levels. Experience in a finance environment is advantageous.
The salary on offer for the Administrator will be £16-18k depending on experience. Hours of work Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm. Our client is based in the city centre and is accessible on public transport.
