We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join a leading FM company in their offices in Helston!
This is a key role where you will be required to provide an excellent and efficient administrative support to the maintenance team and the site supervisors on site. You will assist in the planning and administration of planned and reactive maintenance tasks as well as additional projects. Training will be provided.
Other duties will include but are not limited to:
*Provide administration support to the site teams in the area
*Issuing, arranging and signing off all completed jobs using the company IT system
*Obtaining quotations for materials and submitting purchase order request forms
*Compiling spreadsheets of monthly PPM tasks and monitoring performance
*General office admin duties
*Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email
*Arranging site/building access and other special requirements
*All other duties as reasonably required
You must have experience as an administrator within an office environment, ideally within a Facilities Management, Construction, Engineering etc. or similar environment.
You must be fully IT literate with excellent communication skills. A flexible attitude to work and willingness to learn new skills and take on other roles if required.
A full Driving Licence is required as travel to sites may be required.
