Location - Bury (BL9)
Contract Length - 6 months FTC
The client is looking for administrators on a 6 months contract to assist on the day-to-day administration activities relating to the Customer Service department.
- Answering telephone queries and assisting with customer requests, icluding covering reception when required
- Checking and processing custoimers orders via the computer system
- Chasing customer order renewals
- Managing the main email inbox and circulation to relevent staff members
- Assisting with processing purchase requisitions
- Assist with stationary and stock checks
- Proof-reading customer results and imputting results when required
- Collation and distribution of paperwork and shipments where required
- To ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with defined company procedures, statutory requirements, quality systems and accreditation
