Due to the expansion of our administration centre at our head office in Towcester, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our team. As part of this key role you will be responsible for the day to day administrative tasks that support the delivery of our service which will include diary management, database administration, scanning, photocopying and preparing documentation for our clinical teams.

As the role is centered in a telephone based environment, strong telephony skills are required for this role.

The successful applicant would be able to demonstrate their ability to work efficiently within a busy environment, prioritise effectively to meet deadlines/KPI's whilst consistently providing a helpful and customer focused service to our clients. Excellent communication and organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and strong time management are the key attributes for the position as well as excellent IT literacy and a "can do" flexible attitude.

Team Prevent will hold and use your personal informationin accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and all relevant subsequent legislation.
