I am currently recruiting for a sales administrator on a fixed term contract for up to 18 months

I am looking for someone who is a team player, has strong customer focussed skills, who is confident and possesses effective communication skills

Experience in sales order processing would be ideal, however full training will be provided

You will be asked to carry out various administrative duties such as filing, franking, distribution of internal post, dealing with customer and client queries.

You will also be required to carry out various other duties such as booking couriers, liaising with the production department and liaising with sales managers

This is a small team based in Caversham with onsite parking- the offices are are open plan but not overcrowded.

Team fit is essential for this role as you will be supporting various departments and you will be the "glue" which holds everyone together so will be playing a vital role.
