Your new role
Working as a Client Company Administrator your job role will be as follows:
Organise and attend Annual General Meetings and Director meetings of RMCs and circulate minutes in a professional and timely manner, Keep updated all Company House records and company records, Maintain company secretary property diary types at all times, Provide support to clients, communicating with Directors, shareholders and third parties both in person and in writing.
This will be a fast paced and varied role working within a property management company. You will need to be a bright individual who can undertake tasks with minimal supervision and who enjoys working in a team environment .
What you'll need to succeed
You will need 2 years admin experience with an interest in Law
