Page Personnel are currently recruiting an administrator in Skipton.
My client are a well known facilities company based in Skipton
To assist the Logistics Administrator to ensure all hire equipment is off hired at the earliest opportunity following an off hire instruction and review on hire equipment on a regular basis with the Regional Manager and Project Managers.
Ensure hire vehicles are recorded on the vehicle hire form and registered on the insurance database with the fleet management company as per current procedure.
Input hire equipment onto the QREC10 Stock Control Movement form for each project as required in accordance with current procedure.
To assist in the distribution of revised quality documents to all site and workshop personnel.
Handle all incoming calls in a professional manner.
Manage and reconcile the petty cash ledger/payments on a monthly basis in the absence of the Logistics Administrator.
Manage and reconcile the credit card statements for the Regional Manager and Project Managers in the absence of the Logistics Administrator.
To assist in holiday record keeping of employees
Previous experience in a similar role.
Must have a high level of verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to achieve deadlines
Strong administration skills
Must have own transport due to location
