The successful candidate will provide and coordinate the delivery of high quality and professional admin tasks
Some of the key responsibilities will include
Financial support- raising requisitions, managing enquiries, support for purchase card use and expense claims
Diary coordination, room/ catering bookings and preparation of agendas for meetings
Arranging meetings, coordinating travel, parking, meeting and greeting and arranging refreshments
Health and safety coordination- support the H&S procedures already in place and ensure training has been completed.
Office management- including stationery ordering, facilities and printing.
Provide support to the project manager with HR and recruitment activities including induction process and required training.
The successful candidate will should be able to demonstrate managing your workload effectively. You should also be able to demonstrate previous working with all levels of stakeholders.
Initially a 4 month position this role has the ability to be increased in length of assignment and even be a possible permanent role.
