Administrator £10-12 per hour, Monday to Friday, 40 hour week, 12 week minimum contract.
We are seeking an experienced administrator to help with an increased work load with our Fleet maintenance Client.
You will ideally have worked in the automotive industry and have knowledge of Kerridge, 1 link or ADP, although this is not essential.
As Invoicer administrator you will be contacting clients to validate invoices and to make sure all of the information is correct so that the invoices can be processed and passed for payment. You will be chasing customers, chasing order numbers, raising invoices and undertaking general updating of systems.
You will have good attention to detail, be able to work with various IT processes and ordering systems
Hours are 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
