We are looking to hire an administrator with excellent numerical, organisational and communication skills to join our team in Northampton.

About the Job and skills required:
To provide administration support for Financial Planners who provide holistic financial planning to a bank of both existing clients and potential new clients who pay regular fees to receive a designated level of service:
- Maintaining and updating our database system
- Processing New Business
- Preparing meeting packs
- Obtaining and analysing information from providers
- Ad hoc client queries
- Helping to run MI as required
- Provide administration support to the Client Support teams
