Excellent temporary administration job based in central York.

Your new company
Hays Office support are currently working with a leading employer based in York. Due to a busy period they are looking for an experienced Administrator to assist the PA with administration for a large business event and to complete day to day duties for the senior team.

Your new role
Within this role duties will include diary management, general administration, meeting management - including preparing presentations, room preparation and action points. You will help to organisation a large business event and organise travel arrangements.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need proven ability working in a fast paced environment. You will have a professional demeanour and understand the importance of confidentiality. It would be beneficial for you or have experience working for senior executives/directors. Previous events experience would be a bonus.

What you'll get in return
In return you will be paid a competitive hourly rate of £12-13 per hour. This role is expected to last for 6 weeks. You will be based in a central York location.
