33560 - Administrator

My client is looking for an Administrator who will provide excellent Customer Service to clients, with a strong attention to detail. The successful candidate must have exceptional communication and Customer Service and will be handling personal injury cases.

Location: Windsor

Salary: Up to £16,500

Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with solicitors, claimants and medical experts via letter and email.
  • General administration
  • Issuing appointments
  • Scheduling diaries ensuring a strong attention to detail
  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
  • Liaising with doctors to produce independent medical reports
  • Ordering and processing medical reports
  • Arranging medical tests and investigations as required
  • Undertake training when required
  • To comply with all company policies
