We are currently recruiting for a administrator on behalf of a well-established greetings card manufacturer based in Hemel Hempstead.
This company has been supplying high quality greeting cards for over 30 years and is now one of the UK’s leading publishers and manufacturers.


• Setting up and managing customer accounts
• Customer service - normal duties for customer service.
• Admin - be accurate, conscientious and able to fit into the small team
effortlessly, general office duties & answering the phones.
• Processing orders for retailers and wholesalers
• Invoicing
• Dealing with product pricing & enquiries
• Assisting the buyer

The right applicant needs to be:

• Experienced in administration, coming from a strong admin background is
• Have a confident telephone manner
• Organized
• Flexible
• A team player
• Have high level Excel skills essentail
• Able to work on own initiative.
• Able to understand the business and have the ability to operate within all areas

8.30 to 5.30 Monday to Friday

• Holiday Pay
• Pension

This is a temp - perm position with an immediate start.
