Mpeople are currently recruiting for a Permanent Administrator to join our client's company who are currently undergoing rapid expansion and growth within their sector. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary, 20 days holiday (rising to 25) plus 8 statutory days, free on site parking and company pension scheme. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.

Key Duties:

* Answer incoming calls and divert / take messages to / for other departments across the UK

* Monitor email inboxes and allocate enquiries to relevant departments across the UK

* General database maintenance - updating and amending client information

* Assist with raising month end reports

* Assist with tender processes as and when required

* Approve all paperwork processes that require forwarding all documentation to customers for invoicing

* To maintain electronic filing systems

* To prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails

Key Skills:

* Competent in general office administration duties

* IT literate including MS Word, Excel and Outlook

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Friendly, presentable, flexible and adaptable
