We are currently working with a very reputable company based in Warrington. Due to their current work-load we now need to appoint an additional pair of hands to assist them. This role is initially temporary but has a strong focus on leading to a permanent role for the right candidate. Below are key skills we are looking for;

Good general administration skills.

Invoice duties, matching invoices and batching.

Scanning and filing duties.

Inputting data into various spreadsheets.

Can work on IT systems and also use Excel comfortably.

Liaising with warehouse personnel.

Matching dispatch invoices and notes.

This role would suit someone who has experience from a sales and purchase ledger experience, is able to show good attention to detail skills, and possesses god accuracy ability.

Additionally someone who has experience from a manufacturing administration background would digress well.

The working week is Monday - Friday 08.30am - 5.00pm.
