Your new role
As an Administrator you will be working in the Oxfordshire office. Your hours will be from Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm equating to 35-36.25 hours per week, great if you're looking for set hours to work around your daily routine. Your role will involve working in a busy office environment, meaning the ideal candidate will be comfortable working extensively at a computer most of the day dealing with general correspondence via email, taking calls, payments, dealing with complaints, setting up placements, and ensuring paperwork is recorded accurately via the database and offline paperwork is filed, scanned or archived correctly. On-the-job training will support you during your first week so that you can be fully able to commit to the role.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have very strong administration experience and confidence working as part of a team or on their own initiative. Knowledge of basic Word and Excel is essential for this role as you will always be replenishing data and updating spreadsheets to support applicants and general queries. Candidates of a reliable and efficient work ethic will be highly considered as this is a temporary vacancy which runs for 3 months, meaning you will be required to commit to the whole duration of the role.
