We are recruiting for an Administrator in the Solihull area.

As an Administrator you will need to have:

  • At least 2 years experience within an admin role
  • Grade C or above GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Ideally have understanding of the property valuations process
  • Ideally have understanding of the surveyors role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner


  • Salary: Up to £11,000 per annum
  • Working Hours: 22.5 hours Mon-Wed (Between the hours 8am-7pm)
  • Location: Solihull
  • Duration: Permanent

Role of an Administrator:

  • Monitor the surveyor databases to ensure requests and queries are actioned
  • Book valuation appointments
  • Deal with requests or enquiries that arise during the valuation process
  • Ensure all valuations are processed within the service level agreement
  • Assist surveyors to ensure all regulatory requirements are adhered to
  • Ensure corporate subscriptions are kept up to date
  • Assist other departments to ensure audit requirements are complied with
