Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator based in Coventry to work with one of the largest Utility companies. They are looking for the best talent to join them in delivering an outstanding customer experience

Administrator – Role Objective

The successful candidate will work in a team that is the first point of contact for all customers, providing advice and guidance with the aim of resolving any queries as quickly and hassle free for the customer as possible. This role handles all new connection postal applications and correctly scans, attaches and logs them on the company system where effective document management is included within the new connections application and also provides support and assistance to the developer services teams across the full span of processes

Administrator – Key accountabilities
  • Provide excellent customer service across the full range of developer services processes
  • Accountable for the developer services emails and post
  • Attend and contribute to local comm cells and be accountable for comm cell measures where appropriate
  • Drive performance improvements through the use of safer better faster tools
  • Capture and provide accurate information
  • Ensure IT systems are used and kept updated with accurate information
  • Work within a large team supporting each other to give the best service to our customers
  • Understand customer requirements and identify which developer services process they need to work through
Administrator – Experience

In order to succeed in this role it is expected that you will have:
  • Basic knowledge of the new connections process
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Effective data entry skills adopting right first time principles
  • Worked in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy
Administrator – Capabilities

In order to succeed in this role it is expected that you will have:

  • Compliance with data entry legislation
  • Effective document management ensure all are accounted
  • Excellent people and communication skills – ability to interact with all levels of internal and external stakeholders

  • An approach that identifies and promotes areas for continuous improvement or where efficiencies can be made
  • Whilst training will be provided; ability to hit the ground running and think on your feet, while visualising the bigger picture, forward thinking
  • High a level of empathy and understanding
  • Capable of working in a team, being able to motivate others as well as yourself and can build and maintain strong relationships
  • An eye for detail, ensuring all data gathered and input into the system is accurate and relevant
  • Positive, enthusiastic, reliable and conscientious with a drive to develop, learn more and understand
  • Cope well under pressure with high levels of demand
  • Need to be flexible and self-motivated

  • 4 GCSE's minimum grade C or equivalent including English and Maths

Additional Information
  • This is a temporary role to start as soon as possible until the 31 July 2018
  • The hourly rate of pay is £10.20
