We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join a growing manufacturing organisation based in South Leicester.

This role will support multiple internal teams and customers with various administration tasks.


The main duties of the role will include:

  • Customer accounts administration

  • Customer invoicing

  • Preparing reports

  • Liaising with parts of the business to resolve customer queries

  • Maintaining and updating records

  • Creating supplier notes


The successful candidate will require:

  • Proven administration background

  • Experience working within a fast passed environment

  • High level of customer service skills

  • Positive attitude

  • Excellent IT skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Offer

Salary up to £18,000 PA

Car Parking

40 Hour week
