Job Title: Administrator
Location: Kingston upon Thames, Surbiton, New Malden, Richmond, Ham
Salary: Up to £18,000 (TBC)
Evolve Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic and positive administrator to join our offices based in Kingston upon Thames. ·Resourcing for Vacancies on various job portals - working with Consultants on Recruitment brief
·Maintaining internal database with all information
·Entering candidates onto the internal database
·Interviewing candidates via various methods (FaceTime, Skype, face to face etc)
·Occasional banking - depositing cheques/filling in cheque books etc
·Interview confirmation emails
·Booking in candidates for registration each day and sending registration emails
·Lead board from LinkedIn and adding those clients to Internal Database
·Ensure feedback is recorded on database and passed to Lead Consultant to follow up with Client.
·Daily "inbox" management
·Filing invoices and contracts
·Chasing timesheets (if any) and completing payroll for contractors every Monday
·Invoicing clients for placements made
·Available temps board
·Assigning vacancies to clients on Internal Database
·Writing up and advertising job descriptions
·You will attend and report at company/team meetings as required.
·Chasing urgent references for temporary workers
·You will from time to time, take on responsibilities on behalf of your colleagues.
·Lunch reservations for client meetings and team events
·General Day to day office maintenance, including keeping tea and coffee area clean and tidy, stationary stock checks, washing up and daily organising.
·Articulate/Strong communication skills both written and verbal
·Strong eye for detail
·The ability to deliver in a fast-paced sales environment
·Excellent attention to detail
·Ability to multi task and work in a demanding environment
·Ability to fact find
·Provide high levels of customer service
·Excellent computer skills including MS Office
