Temporary administrator job based in York.
Your new company
Hays Office Support are currently working with a successful construction and property organisation based in York. This company are looking for an administrator to support the team and business on a temporary to permanent basis.
Your new role
Duties within this role will include being first point of contact for customers and suppliers. You will help to manage the diary and book site visits. You will help to type up the estimators specification for the job and liaise with the customer and estimator to agree quotes. You will help with filing, photocopying and scanning.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will be available to start immediately, you will be happy working as part of a small busy team. Previous administration experience is essential. An interest in the construction sector would be beneficial but is not essential. You will be comfortable dealing with people and colleagues at all levels.
What you'll get in return
In return you will be paid a competitive hourly rate. This role has the opportunity to become permanent for the right individual. This role is based in the outskirts of York and is easy to reach on public transport.
