Macildowie are currently looking for a Sales Administrator working for a lovely small family owned business based in Leicester. This location is South East Leicester based so is accessible from Thurmaston, Scraptoft, Oadby, Birstall and Billesdon.
This is a permanent full time role.
Working hours are days 08:00 - 17:00 Mon - Friday
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
General administration duties
Inputting customer orders
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Up selling of company products
Providing quotes and general product information to customers
Uploading customer quotations on to the internal system
Providing excellent customer service
Assisting in the process of credit control
Assisting in the process of purchasing stock for re-sale
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
In order to be considered for this position you must have the following:
Manner Computer literate
Good customer service skills
Administration experience would be desired but is not essential
This is not a sales role and sales experience is not required
