A high-end independent Estate Agency with a outstanding market awareness and company image is recruiting a Property Administrator to join their office in Summertown. This Estate Agency is far from a hard-hitting day to day grind. Quality over quantity springs to mind particularly when selling and letting multi-million pound properties, a personality and smile is key. Whilst property administration experience is desirable, ultimately trust, maturity, honesty and the ability to forge relationships with prospective clients is the key to building successful sales. Applicants will be expected to contribute to the lettings process from entertaining customer enquiries, undertaking due diligence, property administration, contributing to the customer experience and anything in between.
