We are currently recruiting for well established family run company based in Ingatestone, Essex.

If successful you will be an integral part of the team, speaking to customers and liaising with the workforce out on site.

Sales Administrator
Salary: £18,000
Hours: 8:00 am to 5pm

Duties include:
• First point of contact for clients/colleagues on the phone
• Managing individual work load and prioritising daily tasks
• Receiving and inputting orders received via the company website
• Dealing with couriers and warehouse staff to book in deliveries/ collections
• Invoicing and debiting
• Liaising with credit control to make sure customer's accounts were up to date
• Creating weekly sales figures
• Inputting details into spreadsheets
• Ordering stationery and other office supplies
• Organising travel and accommodation for the team where necessary

Experience and skills required:
• Experience within administrative position
• Strong communicator both written and verbal
• Good computer skills Word and Excel
• Highly organised
• Full licence and vehicle (due to location)
