SF Group are currently recruiting for several Administration Assistants to join a market leading financial services organisation based in Northampton. Our client is offering an excellent working environment alongside competitive rate of pay. As the Administration Assistant you will report directly into the Office Manager.
The successful applicant will have experience of working as an administrator within banking, legal or financial services industry previously; you will have excellent organisational skills along with a keen eye for detail.
Your role will also be to assist with monitoring inputs and outputs of dealing administration and other functions undertaken within Retail Operations
Skills and Experience:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at Grade C or above
- Good attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Resilient and flexible concerning change
- Administration, especially data inputting
- Good organisational skills
- Good time management
- Ability to use personal initiative
