Recruiting for an experienced Administrator to help within an expanding organisation on a temporary ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with SAP and SAGE systems and a good understanding of Excel spreadsheets, this position will be working for a company based in the Brownhills area.

We would ideally be looking for the right candidate to be flexible with an immediate start, the role will require someone with good administration knowledge who would be willing to help other team member as and when required

Job Details

• Dealing with all basic administration duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying ect.

• Good understanding of all Microsoft word and excel programs

• Using the SAP and SAGE system to input and define various information

• Data Entry inputting information such as, invoice and purchase orders on to the systems

• Knowledge with Excel to use Standard operating procedures to carry out tasks such as dealing with text and photos

Working hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm

Salary of £8:20 per hour
