The UK leading provider of commercial vehicle rental, contract hire, maintenance and dedicated delivery solutions is looking for an Administrator to join the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Organize company documents into updated filing systems
  • Address employees’ and clients’ queries (via email, phone or in-person)
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets and reports
