Job Title: Administrator
This is a brand new diverse and varied role for a well organised, efficient administrator. Working for our client, based in Stansted; a well-established and leading company offering a fantastic working environment and free parking!
The Role -
·Updating the inhouse system with new website leads and enquiries
·Sending appointment confirmation emails
·Support sales team with leads, diary management and customer correspondence
·Preparing all after sales administration
·Creating reports for management
·Ad hoc admin dutiesand diary management
Experienced Required -
- Computer Literate - Experience in Excel, Outlook, Word
- Customer Service Experience
- Previous administrative background is preferable
08:30 to 17:30
21 days holiday (plus of Bank Holidays)
