Your new company
Building services/ Engineering company based in Ipswich.
Full time hours Monday to Thursday 8.30am -5pm and Friday 8.30am-3.45pm
Your new role
This is a temporary to permanant role to ideally start on Monday 19th March. You will be supporting an experienced team and working closely with the Director of the company.. It will involve making travel arrangements and diary management and other duties as needed. The salary will range between £10- £14 per hour plus holiday
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for the position you must be immediately available and have excellent PA, Office Management and Administration experience. You must work well within a team and have a friendly bubbly attitude. Excellent communication skills and the ability to be well organised. Strong IT skills will be needed including Power Point and Excel
Experience working within the Commercial or Private sector may be advantageous
