Permanent Admin role based in Hulme paying £17,400

A higher education organisation are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role

Reporting into the exams manager you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive administration service. You will be ensuring all systems are kept up to date and that correct paperwork is received and scanned on the system. You will also be organising diaries and events, ordering stationary and equipment and responding to email and phone enquiries and other ad hoc responsibilities. This is a full time position Monday to Friday (term time only)

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will need proven previous administration and coordination experience preferably in higher education or public sector. You must be proactive and adaptable with strong coordination and communication skills. In addition you must also be available for an immediate start.
