Maintain and update the company database and files with all customer records
Liaise with customers regular regarding stock, availability and approval
Ensure insurance claims procedures are correctly followed
Handle inspection sheets on return of company cars and business mileage
Manage all internal and external customer queries when required
Proven customer service experience within a fast-paced environment
A strong customer service approach
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Excellent telephone manner with a natural ability to build strong customer relationships
Good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
