Administrator - Hinckley - up to £10.50 per hour - 6 weeks temporary - start 19th March

A housing repairs department within an Organisation based in Hinckley are currently seeking an Administrator, initially for 6 weeks temporarily for immediate start.
Your new role
Your role will be working alongside a Customer Services and maintenance team providing administrative support with duties including:
- Using electronic document system to archive and log information
- Handling and proof reading contracts
- Filing, photocopying and scanning documents
- Updating spreadsheets
- Updating information on internal database
- Occasional help desk cover taking inbound calls
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Administrator with a good level of IT literacy including Microsoft Office. Any experience previously working within a the housing industry is desired but not essential. You will have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable and confident handling sensitive information.
This is a full time role based in Hinckley working Monday to Thursday 8.30 - 5 and Friday's 8.30 - 4.30 initially on a 6 week temporary basis and you must be available to start from Monday 19th March or sooner.
