Temporary administrator job based in York.

Hays Office Support are currently working with a leading employer in York that is looking for a temporary administrator to support the HR and recruitment function within the business during a busy period.
Your new role
Within this job you will be working as part of a busy HR/Recruitment team. Duties will include responding to recruitment queries and arranging and confirming interviews with candidates and recruiting managers. You will process offer packs and carry out all recruitment compliance checks. It could be that you are writing job adverts, monitoring employee holidays and sickness and assisting with ad hoc duties within the team.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have excellent communication skills. You will be computer literate. This role would suit someone who has had exposure to recruitment or HR so you are able to hit the ground running while the team are experiencing a busy period.
