Temporary Administrator support HR team. 4 weeks temp to start ASAP.
Your new company
You will be working for a reputable engineering company based in the York city centre. Unfortunately due to sickness they are looking for some administrative support within their HR and resourcing team. This is a full time position to start asap. Monday to Friday 9-5pm.
Your new role
Your new role will include;
- Liaising with candidates
- Booking interviews and coordinating meeting rooms
- Liaising with line managers
- Confirming start dates
- Ensuring that all databases are kept up to date
- Assisting with compliance; ID checks, reference chasing and applications
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you do not need HR or recruitment experience, however it would be beneficial. They are looking for a candidate who is an effective communicator and is confident on the phone. They would like you to be able to hit the ground running and have good use of initiative. Good IT skills are also a must include MS Word, Outlook & Excel.
