The Best Connection is working on behalf of our client who works within the automotive sector and is based in Sunderland. They have a requirement for an Administrator.
The role will start immediately and is being offered on a possible temporary to permanent basis for the right candidate.
Working as part of a small admin team the role will be varied. Duties will include meeting / greeting visitors, answering telephones, dealing with client enquiries, placing / chasing orders, matching invoices and input onto computer using Sage Line 50, as well as general office duties.
Previous experience of Sage Line 50 is essential as well as a good working knowledge of the usual office packages.
Hours of work are: 37.5 hours per week. Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm (earlier on Friday)
Pay rate £8.50 - £9.00 per hour depending upon experience.
