Our client based on the outskirts of York is looking for an Administrator to help with their busy work load. 

Working Hours : 08:30am - 17:00pm. Starting immediately and will last until the job is complete.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Photocopying
- Liaising with colleagues and clients
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Printing off  relevant documents for the team's portfolio
- Filing / scanning
- Other relevant administration duties

Person Specification:
- Good cultural fit against company values and beliefs
- Good communicator on all levels
- Maintains a positive atitude, self-moivated and uses own initiative
- Professional in appearance, conduct, lanuage and manner
- High standard of quality of work
- Desire to help and support
