Lloyd Recruitment Services are seeking an Administrator for one of its well established clients in the Reigate area. This is an exciting role for a candidate that has a keen interest in the motor industry and wants to learn from the beginning, potentially moving into a sales type role. For this role a Full UK clean driving is essential, ideally you will have your own car. You do not need full knowledge of cars, just a passion.
- General administration duties to include filing, post and typing documents.
- Booking couriers.
- Collecting and delivering items when needed.
- You will answer and respond to phone calls and emails.
- After training you will organise and prepare quotations.
- Prepare and issue paperwork.
- You must have a full UK driving licence with access to your own car.
- It is essential that you have a keen interest in cars.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to type documents using a dictation device.
