We are seeking an Administrator to cover a secondment assisting within our offices based in Farnborough. The Administrator role is to start ASAP through to the end of June working at our modern office on the outskirts of Farnborough.

Working within our customer membership team you will be working within a small team providing administrative support to clients and customers based across the UK. The working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with an hour’s lunch break. Paying up to £8.50 per hour plus holiday pay with free parking and onsite facilities, we can also offer a friendly working environment.

Your main duties as Administrator are as follows:

  • Receiving, sorting and distributing the daily post

  • Arranging of the daily out going post including arranging of couriers and franking of post

  • Checking and scanning of documents

  • Collating of documents and posting out to members.

  • Producing of Certificates.

  • Filing

  • Amending and inputting data onto the system of various events and membership details.

  • Occasionally answering the telephones, passing the call onto the relevant member of staff or taking messages

You will have previously worked within Administration, be proactive, happy to get stuck into your workload and help out where required, have a confident telephone manner, be able to think on your feet and have good PC skills including accurate data entry skills.
