We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator for our Manufacturing Client. This is a critical role to the Business and requires excellent accuracy skills and proven experience using Sage 200.
Your new job will involve processing customer orders for the business ensuring accuracy and customer service is kept at the highest of standards. As the Order Processor / Administrator, you will be ensuring accurate sales order entry and ensuring all policies, procedures and compliance is adhered to; alongside various other administration based duties. Your job will involve responding to customer queries, ensuring that customer expectations and needs are met and that customer service is kept at the highest of standards.

The main purpose of the role is to process Customer orders and solve Customer queries
Duties and Required skills
Handling Telephone calls
You must be IT Literate
You will be required to Input data and process the orders using SAGE 200 Accounts systems for invoicing purposes
Keep all excel spreadsheets updated, spreadsheet manipulation
You will have excellent accuracy and Numeracy skills
You will have excellent communication skills
Solving Customer queries
Liaising with other areas of the business, Production, Accounts
General Office Administrative tasks using Microsoft packages
This is a full time role, 5 days per week. 4 days during the week and every Saturday due to the nature of the business.
10am-6pm during the week and 10am-4pm on Saturdays
