1 Month Temporary Cover 

Property Development Administrator 

Our leading Property and Construction client has an opportunity for an individual to join the business on a full time temporary basis. You will be brought in to assist with the current project in place. The role will be for a period of 1 month possibly longer depending on the workload. This role will offer a fantastic working environment within the Waterloo office and the chance to learn and develop new skills. 

Duties: 

  • Scheduling meetings and booking meeting rooms 
  • Managing emails inbound and outbound
  • Ordering stationary within the office space 
  • Reception duties including greeting clients and visitors 
  • Raising POs for project related costs 
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post 
  • General administrative duties; scanning, photocopying, binding documents
  • Liaise with other departments within the office to provide assistance 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 3 years working within either construction or real estate 
  • Minimum GCSE education including Maths and English
  • Advanced knowledge using Microsoft offices
  • First Aid qualified would be advantageous 
  • Must be available to commit to the full month period
