Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £19,000 - £20,000
Location: Leicester
Hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an outstanding Customer Service administrator to join a Leicester based organisation, If you are motivated individual with great attention to detail then we want to hear from you.
As the Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for:
  • Processing incoming orders via SAP
  • Taking orders via telephone.
  • Responding to general enquires via email and telephone.
  • Creating quotations, including overseas carriage rates.
  • Daily booking of Carriers.
  • General administration.

The Person:
The ideal Customer Service Administrator will have the following:
  • Previous experience in an administration role.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • The ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Process driven individual.
  • The ability to quickly adapt to systems.
