This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading Financial Institutions as a Permanent Customer Relations Administrator based in Doxford.

Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours 9 till 5.30pm
As a Customer Relations Administrator you will be responsible for coordinating complaints through the full lifecycle, from receipt through to filebuild ensuring that they are logged accurately and ensuring they are categorised appropriately ahead of a case handler resolving the complaint.
Customer focus is at the heart of what we do along with quality and regulatory compliance, these activities and processes encourage customer retention. You will therefore be required to maintain avenues of workflow and take responsibility for your own workload to ensure you meet Service Level Agreements.
We are in the first stage in the customer complaint journey and therefore it is crucial that you treat customers fairly throughout all aspects of the customer journey. We are looking for you to identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery in order for us to maintain and enhance internal and external customer experience.
You will be expected to engage with colleagues across Customer Relations as well as the wider teams across Operations Support and Control and Customer Service, but you will also be at times to engage with external customer and third party suppliers.
What skills do you have? We are looking for you to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and we are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service.

- Strong administration skills, including data input
- Comfortable communicating via telephone
- PC Literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel
