You must have recent and relevant experience within administration whereby you have been handling data and working knowledge of all Microsoft office applications.
You would be required to collate data and manage the administration for multiple contracts.
This role requires you to liaise with both internal staff and suppliers to gather vital information which then needs to be processed electronically.
Though you will need to manage a heavy workload at times, you will also need to work effectively in quieter periods using your own initiative.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are vital for this position and experience within an engineering or construction business and system knowledge noted above are desirable.
You must be available for work within 4 weeks and your own transport to get to-from the location.
