This is a full time permanent role to suit someone with excellent communication skills written and verbal and confidence with handling data.

Administrator - Job Overview

As Administrator your role would be responsible for entering client information onto documentation.

Duties will include;

  • Add and amend new data to databases, checking for errors

  • Liaise with clients to set up forms and online data collection

  • Set up and maintain schedules

  • Source information and circulate internally

  • Send proofs to clients and manage the proofing process

  • Record correspondence for archiving

Administrator - Required Skills and Experience

  • Have a good knowledge of data handling within MS Excel

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a confident telephone manner

  • Be fully proficient in Word, Excel, Email

  • Be meticulous with excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy

Administrator - Benefits Offered

  • £16,000 - £18,000 per annum

  • 22 days holiday
