A reputable global company in the Morecambe area is looking for a back office Administrator.


• Print labels as requested and collate associated documents, if requested and courier out to customers ensuring they reach the customer at least 3 days before collection.

• Ensure any new label requests are set up ready for the date requested.

• If any sites request any product labels make sure these are printed & sent to the site.

• Assist with the email in box as & when required.

• Reception duties – To be fully conversant with all aspects of the switchboard and to answer all calls quickly, efficiently and politely; to receive visitors professionally and politely; to ensure visitors register in and out; to impart the required health & safety advice and instructions to visitors. Following Reception procedure

• To assist as and when required to provide holiday/sickness cover for colleagues

What do you need?

Qualifications: Minimum of 4 GCSE’s or equivalent (including English and Maths)

Past Experiences: 2 years in an Administration role. Excel Intermediate level. Some Purchase Ledger experience would be useful.
