This Administration role is an exciting opportunity to join a leading property company based in Liverpool. You will be required to carry out all key administrative duties to ensure the efficient running of the office.

Client Details

Our client is a leading property management company who are extremely well established and have a UK wide presence. This particular Administrative opportunity will be based in the Liverpool office.


The key responsibilities for this Administrator include:

  • All general office administration for the team
  • Filling and scanning
  • Meeting and greeting
  • Liaising with staff on a daily basis to ensure things are running smoothly
  • Answering the telephone and diverting calls where appropriate
  • Supporting the manager on an ad-hoc basis
  • Photocopying
  • Diary management
  • Managing and distributing key office information
  • Sending and receiving post


The successful Administrator:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in an Administration role
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Be diligent and dependable
  • Able to process large quantities of data quickly and accurately
  • Previous experience in the property sector desirable
